Tunnel Vision

The Cocagne Bridge will have had an important role in the area’s Heritage. I has been anounced that it will unfortunately be replaced by a more modern one (probably one that we can’t see...)

Le pont de la rivère Cocagne aura eu une place importante dans la patrimoine de la région. Il va bientôt être remplacé par un pont plus « moderne », en d’autre mot, un pont qu’on ne verra plus...

I grew up with that bridge. Mixed feelings. It's a cool span with lots of history but probably getting dangerous.

We have a similar looking very long one-lane bridge that is closed right now awaiting repairs.
That is a very cool shot.

they are like elderly people, so much memories that will eventually vanish.

Reminds me also of the covered bridge in West Branch where I lived for a few years. It burned down unfortunately. Dove off that bridge many times in the hot summer days.

Hmmm, would be a cool photo hunt, all bridges.
